Job Title: Paid Media Lead

Job Overview:
Our client, a fast-growing beauty and personal care eCommerce brand, is looking for a Paid Media Lead to own 100% of their paid media strategy, execution and performance across Meta and Google Ads. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead full-funnel campaign efforts that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Own and execute full-funnel paid media strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention) across Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads Launch, manage, and scale campaigns—testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies daily Analyze performance using platform data and GA4; translate insights into actionable optimizations Collaborate with designers to brief and iterate on high-performing creatives Partner with product and web teams to improve landing pages and increase AOV through CRO tactics Manage and forecast monthly ad budgets; reallocate spend dynamically to maximize ROI
Requirements
4–6 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads Proven ability to scale spend over $500K/month while improving ROAS Strong knowledge of attribution, pixel/server-side tracking, and GA4 reporting Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills Excellent understanding of DTC/beauty audiences and strong creative intuition Experience with Looker Studio or other BI/reporting tools Strong copywriting or copy-editing skills for ad creatives Background working in high-growth eCommerce or beauty/personal care brands
