Job summary We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and high-calibre Consultants in Emergency Medicine to join one of the largest and busiest EDs in the UK. The ED provides care to a diverse and high-acuity patient population and operates as part of a major tertiary centre, including Major Trauma Centre responsibilities. Effective management of clinical risk, patient flow and operational pressure is a key priority, and the post holder will play a central role in providing visible senior clinical leadership on the shop floor, supporting safe, timely and high-quality patient care. The successful applicant will work as part of a well-established and supportive team, contributing to Consultant delivered care, supervision of trainees and advanced practitioners, and the ongoing development of Emergency Medicine services.
