We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to the Hospital Chief Executive Officer and Director of Clinical Services to join our Corporate team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Your responsibilities will include to:

provide a professional, high-quality personal and administrative service to the CEO & DCS.

maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential issues ensuring a professional and trusted service.

administer and support high-level management meetings.

About you

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

Educated to A level (or equivalent) with grade C and above in Maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent).

Consolidated experience working as a PA within the healthcare sector with experience of using MS office suite, taking minutes and complaints management.

Person Specification

Education/ Qualifications Essential

Educated to A level (or equivalent) Grade C and above in Maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent)

Desirable

A first degree Amspar Qualification

Experience Essential

Consolidated experience working as a PA. Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Taking and writing minutes, summarising discussions and writing reports.

Healthcare Sector experience Complaint management experience Use of AI technologies

Knowledge/Skills Essential

Strong organisational skills with attention to quality and detail. Sound verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to plan/manage a heavy workload with at times conflicting priorities. Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision. Excellent typing skills with the ability to draft own correspondence.
