Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staffParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetingsProvide clinical advice and support to colleagues where appropriateContribute to the development of integrated working within the Primary Care Network (PCN)Leadership & Service Development

Relevant Nursing Qualification NMC Registration Previous experience of working in General Practice
