Job summary Package Description: We are looking for an Administrator to join our Outpatients Department at Farnham Hospital and Centre for Health. You'll be part of a close-knit team that includes Registered Nurse, Healthcare Assistants and Administrators. Reporting to the OPD Matron, you'll help make sure everything runs smoothly, from managing the phones and emails to checking in patients on the reception desk, supporting OPD Matron and Sister with administrative duties and keeping online patient records in order. Act as the first point of contact for the team, answering calls, responding to emails and handling enquiries with warmth and professionalism. Support patients to check in using the automated check in kiosk, signpost to waiting areas and update with any clinic delays. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the OPD Matron and Sister including document preparation, clinic scheduling, and updating records. Assisting with friends and family feedback audits to monitor service performance. Monitor patient transport bookings and update transport spreadsheet daily. Use electronic systems (such as EPIC and SharePoint) to update and manage patient information. The Ideal CandidateWed love to hear from you if youre: An experienced administrator (health or social care background a bonus, but not essential)
Highly organised, with great attention to detail and time management skills
A strong communicator, comfortable speaking with professionals, patients, and carers
Confident using Microsoft Office and electronic patient record systems

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
An experienced administrator with strong organisational and time management skills. A background in health or social care is a bonus.
