The role involves devising imaginative, fun, and motivational activities to suit every interest and ability, with part of your time spent getting to know residents and their families to create tailored programmes. You'll need to be warm, empathetic, and personable, with strong organisational skills and a creative approach. A driving license is required, and you must be available to work alternative weekends.
