About this role

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our recruitment team . The successful candidate will support the team with all aspects of Resourcing, and administrative duties.

Main duties of the job

To maintain and develop the recruitment processes in place within the Trust in order to provide an accurate, timely recruitment service.

To optimise recruitment and promote a high quality service to all Trust managers, new employees and potential applicants.

To provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Workforce Resourcing Team in order to assist in the achievement of departmental objectives

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Educated to GCSE level/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent inEnglish and Maths

EXPERIENCE Essential

Recent and significant experience of working within a recruitment, employment agency or human resources environment Recent and significant experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks and competence with Microsoft Officeandweb based systems Experience of working in a customer focused environment and providing supportbytelephone, email and face to face Knowledge of recruitment processes and relevant legislation An understanding of confidentiality and how this is appliedto the recruitment and selection process

Desirable

Experience in planning and implementing event based recruitment activitywithongoing support to candidates Experience ofusing social mediain the recruitment process

PRACTICAL INTELLECTUAL SKILLS Essential

Excellent customer service and administrative skills Effective communication skills both written and oral Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities, organising and prioritising own workload to meet deadlines Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
