Main duties of the job As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include dealing with queries from patients including sending responses, sending emails on behalf of the clinical team where appropriate, resolving unmatched results and allocating appropriately, taking safeguarding meeting minutes, completing any administrative tasks as a result of the meeting, and re-allocating any lab results to another clinician when someone is on leave. We look for reception or customer care experience, and as an excellent communicator both spoken and written. Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email. Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security. Previous experience of working in the NHS is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications Essential
Reception or customer care experience is essential. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel, and email. Ability to work within processes and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
