Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Band 4 Administrator to support our busy Children and Young People Service in Haringey. You will play a key role in managing referrals, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate clinical records, and acting as a first point of contact for children, young people, families, and partner agencies. This role is essential in ensuring smooth service delivery and enabling clinicians to focus on providing high-quality care. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Main duties of the job
Your duties will encompass regular liaison regarding the keeping of the appointments, diary typing of letters and reports, taking and transcribing minutes at meetings as necessary, telephone liaison as necessary with external agencies and making appointments at the request of the service. You will assist in the maintenance of records, filing, faxing and photocopying and any duties essential to the comprehensive secretarial support service you will provide, and comply with other management requests.

Education and Qualification Essential
NVQ3 or equivalent or relevant practical experience. 4 Points
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE Essential

SKILLS AND ABILITIES Essential
