You will be working 37.5 hours a week at Tydfil House. Tydfil House is a specialist residential step-down care in Abergavenny. Tydfil House is a warm and supportive four-bed residential home in the heart of Abergavenny, designed to help adults step-down safely from hospital settings into community life. Our focus is on co-produced, person-centred rehabilitation that supports each individual to lead a meaningful and independent life.
In this role, you will have overall leadership and management of the service, developing close working relationships with the community multi-disciplinary teams, and other external stakeholders and be responsible for the delivery of excellent care and operational performance, whilst continuing to develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.
You will have previous experience from the NHS or private care as a Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) or a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with an excellent record of leadership and management responsibilities.

Qualifications Essential
An excellent track record in healthcare management, understanding of mental health and learning disabilities, strong commercial acumen, leadership abilities, at least 5 years of experience as an RNLD or RMN, experience as a Registered Manager, and a valid NMC pin.
