Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Influencer Outreach Coordinator to lead our efforts in discovering, engaging, and managing relationships with US Amazon Live creators and influencers. In this role, you’ll help execute a strategic influencer program designed to elevate brand visibility and drive growth through live shopping and creator-led initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with our e-commerce, marketing, and creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, vet, and onboard US-based Amazon Live creators and influencers aligned with brand values and target demographics.

Manage creator communications end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up.

Maintain and update creator databases, campaign calendars, and performance tracking tools to ensure smooth operations.

Partner with the Amazon and Marketing teams to align influencer initiatives with upcoming launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.

Support live show planning, including scheduling, logistics, and post-show reporting.

Track and analyze campaign metrics (e.g., engagement, views, conversions) to evaluate performance and optimize future partnerships.

Stay informed on Amazon Live, influencer marketing, and social commerce trends to identify new growth opportunities.Requirements

1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media partnerships (preferably within the US market).

Familiarity with Amazon Live, TikTok Shop, or other live-commerce platforms is a major advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and creator relationships simultaneously.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-through and problem-solving.

Passion for beauty, lifestyle, and e-commerce, with a clear understanding of current trends and brand aesthetics.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and influencer management tools such as Airtable, GRIN, or similar platforms.
