Job Title: Influencer Gifting Coordinator Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: PST
Job OverviewWe’re helping our client find an Influencer Gifting Coordinator who can own influencer gifting outreach across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. In this role, you will identify high-fit creators aligned with a premium skincare and makeup consumer and manage the full pipeline from outreach to shipped product. You will also ensure consistent tracking, reporting, and communication to support a high-volume creator program.
Responsibilities Identify and source high-fit influencers and creators across IG, TT, and YT (wellness, makeup, fashion, skincare, dermatologists, makeup artists, mom-creators and more). Manage the full gifting workflow: outreach, tracking responses, collecting addresses, and placing orders through Shopify. Build and maintain clean tracking lists covering: Outreach volume Follower count Segment/category Address + shipping details Status updates and KPIs
Track and report weekly KPIs including number of creators contacted, confirmed, shipped, and potential ROI signals. Maintain strong follow-through, fast communication, and consistent organization.Requirements
