Job Requirements The Quality Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, corporate standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulations. This position supports the organization in achieving operational excellence through process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. • 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, internal and external audits, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Experience managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis. • Ability to analyze quality KPIs and prepare management reports. • Intermediate English proficiency. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Results-oriented with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
