Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Process Designer to work with our International Partners.
The role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing support processes. The Process Designer will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements and identify areas for improvement. what you will be doing:
• Design and develop support workflows in collaboration with telco experts
• Optimize and adjust existing processes
• Create clear and concise visual work instructions
• Ensure that developed workflows are properly tested and validated
• Evaluate tickets, requests, and feedback during upcoming SCRUM sprints
what we are looking for:
• An analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate future needs
• Advanced English communication skills (German or French is a plus, but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with BPMN, Visio, eDraw, or other process design tools (an advantage)
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively
