What we’re looking for:
The role of the Oracle Integration Expert is to design, configure, develop, test, and maintain technical processes within Oracle Fusion using Oracle SOA Suite (SOA) or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), to automate and optimize workflows across SaaS and PaaS environments. The specialist will participate in testing new versions and continuously improving processes within their area of responsibility, including maintaining up-to-date technical documentation and ensuring the efficient operation of processes across multiple countries and entities.
What you’ll be doing:
• Design, develop and support integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC);
• Build and manage services ensuring seamless integration between applications and target systems;
• Perform interface mapping, data transformation, orchestration, and message processing;
• Usage of Oracle Fusion BI Publisher Data Model and SQL queries for the calculation of the batch parameter values in SOA;
• Retention of batch schedules in SOA before any Oracle patch and release cycles;
• Monitoring, analysis, correction and enhancement of batch processing in any instance in which the solution is deployed;
• Redesign and migration of batch processing from the legacy version with static parameters to the new version with dynamic parameters.
• Carry out RUN activities: non-regression testing for quarterly Fusion releases, including documenting the results in Risk Management application, fixing bugs, testing and proposing solutions for functional problems related to the application;
• Analyze business requirements and prepare technical design documents and integration specifications;
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues across development, testing, and production environments;
• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, business analysts, and cross-functional teams;
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
What you need to know/have:
• Expertise in Oracle SOA Suite;
• Strong understanding of integration patterns (sync/async, event-driven concepts, batch/file-based processing, retries);
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST), WSDL and XML technologies;
• Good knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL and BI Publisher;
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience would be nice to have;
• Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing;
• French skills would be an advantage;
• Be rigorous, autonomous, responsive;
• Have the sense of organization, prioritization, planning and multitasking;
• Attention to details.
