• A proactive and strategic HR professional with experience in managing complex HR projects.
• Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of HR strategies, project management methodologies, and business analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and prioritization abilities.
• Educational background in relevant fields and experience in human resources management.
What You'll Be Doing
• Planning, implementing, and leading HR projects aligned with company strategy and market dynamics.
• Managing cross-departmental initiatives related to talent development and HR processes.
• Ensuring effective communication within project teams and with organizational stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining project reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborating with internal and external entities to achieve project goals.
What You Need to Know/Have
• Proven experience in project management and HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with relevant tools and systems (e.g., data management, reporting).
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
