We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team and support Arla's Foodservice business. In this role, you will work closely with senior commercial leaders and help shape decisions on pricing, profitability, investments, forecasting, and business growth. You'll have a direct impact on business performance while building a broad understanding of the commercial side of Arla's business. What you'll be doing As Finance Business Partner for Foodservice, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Foodservice leadership team and work closely with Key Account Managers and other stakeholders across the business. Your responsibilities will include
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Analyzing sales, profitability, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Supporting pricing decisions, customer tenders, and profitability analyses.
• Building business cases and evaluating commercial initiatives and investments.
• Leading financial forecasting activities and ensuring a reliable financial outlook for the Foodservice business.
• Driving monthly performance reviews and helping the business turn insights into actions.
• Supporting business planning, strategic projects, and process improvements. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who enjoys working with both numbers and people and who is motivated by helping the business perform better. You likely have
• A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Around 4–8 years of experience in finance, business controlling, consulting, FMCG, retail, Foodservice, or a similar commercially driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• A proactive and curious mindset with a passion for driving results.
• The confidence to challenge and support stakeholders constructively.

About the team Commercial Finance supports Arla's sales and marketing organization in Finland across performance management, pricing, business partnering, forecasting, and strategic projects.
