The Resource Pool at Pelham Medical Center, a part of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, is seeking RNs, with at least 2 years of experience, to join our dynamic team.

About the Unit:
• Nurses within the Resource Pool at Pelham Medical Center, may provide care in all areas of the hospital, based on need. (Med Surg, ICU, ER, PACU) •
Schedule The PRN Tier 2 Nurse must work: · Twelve (12) 12-hour shifts in a 6-week period. · Three (3) of the 8 shifts must be a weekend. · Will be placed on a Holiday Track
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care • Collaborate with a highly engaged, multidisciplinary team • Participate in professional development and unit-based committees • Advocate for patients and ensure continuity of care
Minimum Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program • Current SC or compact state RN license • BLS certification
Preferred Requirements: · 2 years of RN experience
