Job Requirements General Summary To provide a secure and efficient operations by directing visitors and outpatients to the proper areas within the hospital. Provide current patient and hospital information, as required. Reporting Relationships Works under the moderate supervision of the Security Supervisor, with administration direction from the Director of Security. Working Conditions Mostly light work involving sitting and reading for long periods of time and extensive public contact. Potential for minimal exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials, requiring the observance of Standard Precautions and safe handling practices.
Work Experience Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience in public contact work is desirable.
