About the Role We’re looking for a Brand Graphic Designer who can bring storytelling, emotion, and cohesion to every brand touchpoint. You’ll play a key role in shaping our visual identity across campaigns, packaging, retail, and digital platforms — translating our mission and values into stunning, elevated design that connects with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute visual assets for brand campaigns, product launches, retail activations, and seasonal moments. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring design consistency while pushing creative boundaries. Design across multiple formats — including web, email, print, out-of-home (OOH), and organic social. Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to craft cohesive brand stories. Partner with Product and Innovation teams on packaging design and brand storytelling. Translate complex concepts into clear, emotionally engaging visuals that drive impact.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in brand or campaign design within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries. Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact campaigns and cohesive brand identity work. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Exceptional eye for typography, color, layout, and composition. Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to move fluidly from concept to final execution. Bonus Points
Experience designing for both digital and physical environments (retail, events, packaging). Passion for mission-driven brands focused on community, empowerment, or social impact.
