We are hiring an Amazon Creative & Marketing Director to lead the visual identity, brand presence, and creative execution of our brand across the entire U.S. Amazon marketplace.

This role focuses on branding, creatives, design direction, and conversion optimization, NOT PPC buying, ads management, or analytics.

Core Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction (Primary Focus)

You will own and elevate the look, feel, and visual performance of our brand's Amazon presence.

Responsible for:

InfographicsA+ Content / Enhanced Brand ContentBrand Story modulesStorefront layout + designLifestyle imageryHero imagesComparison charts3D rendersSupplement fact panel display stylesPackaging/lifestyle photography directionShort-form PDP videos (lifestyle + educational)You will ensure all 200+ SKUs are visually consistent, on-brand, and top-tier in the category.

2. Brand Identity & Visual Standardization

Maintain a premium, health-forward, medical-grade brand aesthetic.Create and enforce our brand’s Amazon creative guidelines.Build high-conversion templates for new product launches.Keep the brand visually ahead of competitors.

3. Conversion-Optimized PDP Development

Know what drives conversion on Amazon and build creative packages accordingly:

Before/after visualsBenefit-first infographicsTrust badgesCredibility designUse-case imageryCompetitor comparison chartsRun creative-led tests to increase CVR across top SKUs.

4. Creative Team Leadership

Lead and manage:

Graphic designersAI designersPhotographersVideographersRendering specialistsCopywriters (for bullets, benefits, and EBC modules)

Build SOPs for:

Creative productionReview + approvalAsset managementLaunch packages

5. Cross-Department Collaboration

Work with Growth Team to understand funnel messaging.Work with Product Team for product claims + benefits.Work with Supply Chain for packaging specs + photography needs.This role does NOT own PPC, ads, TACOS/ROAS, or Amazon P&L.It is 100% creative, branding, and conversion design.

Key Outcomes

Brand becomes the best-looking supplement brand on Amazon.All listings showcase a premium, medically credible aesthetic.Creative consistency across 200+ SKUs.Conversion rate improvements driven through creative refinement.Rapid creative execution for all new product launches.Requirements

Qualifications:

4–8+ years of Amazon creative experience in CPG, supplements, beauty, or wellness.Deep portfolio of A+ content, infographics, and Amazon creative work.Proven ability to lead creative teams.Mastery of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI creative tools.Strong understanding of conversion design for Amazon PDPs.Experience building brand visual systems and storytelling.
