As we expand our digital footprint, we're seeking a seasoned Meta Media Buyer with deep experience running performance-driven campaigns for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)—especially food and beverage brands.

Role Overview:

The Expert Meta Media Buyer will own the planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns. You will leverage your CPG expertise, audience insights, and testing frameworks to drive measurable growth, improve ROAS, and support brand-building initiatives across high-volume paid social programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and scale Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram with a focus on CPG food & beverage products.Develop full-funnel paid social strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion) tailored to CPG consumer behavior.Conduct deep audience research, segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify high-performing cohorts.Continuously optimize campaigns through structured testing—creative, copy, placements, audiences, and bidding strategies.Work closely with the creative team to guide ad concepts, angles, hooks, and iterations based on performance data.Manage budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.Monitor analytics, build performance dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders.Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, CPG category trends, and changes in consumer habits to keep campaigns competitive.Requirements

Qualifications:

3–5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, specifically managing performance campaigns for CPG brands (food & beverage required).Demonstrated success scaling paid social campaigns with strong ROAS, CPA, and LTV performance.Strong understanding of CPG buying cycles, household targeting, seasonal trends, and retail/digital hybrid funnel behavior.Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, advanced audiences, and conversion tracking.Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making.Ability to collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and product stakeholders.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

Experience with multi-channel paid media (TikTok, Google, Snap).Familiarity with DTC or e-commerce ecosystems.Strong understanding of creative strategy, direct response principles, and platform-native content trends.
