As an Operational Procurement Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting smooth procurement workflows, maintaining data integrity, and driving process efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to BRP-Rotax’s operational excellence and global business success.
Your responsibilities
• Review, creation, and processing of purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system
• Resolution of discrepancies between purchase order, goods receipt and invoice (3-way match) and close coordination with procurement, accounting, and internal departments
• Support in preparing standard contracts
• Conducting user trainings, providing operational support, and assisting internal stakeholders in procurement processes
• Organizing meetings, appointments, and business trips related to operational purchasing activities
Your experiences and skills
• Degree-level education or University degree and 0–5 years experience in operational procurement
• Experience within a large organization or Shared Service Center would be a strong asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Understanding of purchase order and invoice matching principles and tax implications
• Familiarity with eProcurement and digital invoicing solutions
• Precise and structured working style
• Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to change and support process improvement initiatives
We offer You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 36,700 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
