Sales Representative
Job Description: The Job 根据公司经营策略及发展目标，制定销售方法和销量目标，建立及不断完善和稳定销售网络，确保完成各时期的销量目标，使公司的利润最大化。 Your Responsibilities • 作为国内领先的销售力量，致力于动物营养在中国区的销售。 • 负责客户开发，产品推广和商务谈判。 • 与动物营养部门的技术服务协调，为我们的客户(终端用户或分销商)提供一线技术支持。 • 管理客户需求和期望，保持高水平的客户满意度，解决客户问题。 • 识别新的业务机会，确认并验证其价值，部署合适的资源以赢得新业务。 • 辨别，挑选，拜访潜在的经销商，与公司合作共同发展业务。 • 帮助现有经销商拓展业务。 • 对现有的以及新的经销商进行评估（营业额，员工数量，拓展能力，弱势，主要的客户等） • 积极参与的研讨会（公司介绍，产品介绍等） • 定期与销售总监举行会议，汇报销售人员在工作期间的成就和问题，并提出建议和意见。 • 完成公司安排的其他工作
Your Profile • 先进的动物营养技术知识 • 具有较强的业务开发意识，致力于开发新的业务。拥有“猎人”思想 • 饲料销售2-5年工作经验 • 英语良好者优先考虑
