About UsWe’re building an AI-powered Marketing Intelligence Layer for Shopify brands — currently delivered through a Fractional CMO model.

We work with DTC e-commerce brands in the supplements, skincare, wellness, functional foods, athleisure, and fitness categories, typically generating $2–15M in annual revenue.

Today, we provide these brands with customer journey consulting to improve retention, LTV, and profitability — and we’re now productizing this expertise into a SaaS product.

You’ll be our first dedicated Lead Generation Specialist / SDR, working directly with the founder to fill the calendar with qualified conversations from high-potential brands that match our ICP.

Geography: Primarily USA (Austin, Atlanta, Boston prioritized) and Toronto (bonus)

Primary Use Case:

Brands already investing in paid media, email/SMS, and lifecycle marketing — looking to improve retention, LTV, and marketing profitability.

Role Summary:

You’ll own the top of the funnel — sourcing, qualifying, and booking meetings with ICP-aligned Shopify brands.

Your responsibilities include:

Researching and identifying ideal prospects Building and running outbound sequences (email + LinkedIn; cold calling optional) Booking qualified meetings with Founders / CMOs Continuously optimizing messaging, targeting, and performance

This is a pure outbound role — no warm leads. You must be comfortable building a pipeline from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Sourcing & Research

Build targeted lead lists using tools like Clay, Crunchbase, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or others Enrich leads with data such as revenue estimates, tech stack, location, role, and verified contact info Qualify prospects by revenue band, tech stack, vertical, and geography

2. Outbound Campaigns

Design and run multi-touch outbound sequences (email + LinkedIn; cold calling is a plus) Use tools such as Instantly.ai, Lemlist, or Mailshake for outreach Utilize tools like Lemcal or Cal.com for booking Write and A/B test subject lines, intros, and CTAs Personalize outreach with relevance hooks (e.g., “noticed you’re a Shopify + Klaviyo brand in the wellness space…”)

3. Pipeline & Handover

Book qualified meetings for the Founder (Jiri) Ensure seamless handover — including meeting notes, context, and expectations Maintain an up-to-date CRM or tracking board (ClickUp, Notion, HubSpot in the future)

4. Performance & Optimization

Track KPIs: replies, booked calls, show-ups, and ICP fit Refine targeting, messaging, and micro-segments based on performance data Suggest new angles (e.g., partnerships, agencies, communities, events)

Required Skills & Experience 1–3+ years’ experience as an SDR / BDR / LeadGen Specialist in: B2B SaaS, or E-commerce/marketing services/agencies Proven success in outbound lead generation (not just inbound handling) Experience with at least one of the following tools: Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Leadspicker (for data enrichment) Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Mailshake (for outreach) Comfortable working US time zones (EST / CT) Excellent written and spoken English — able to communicate professionally with US Founders and CMOs Familiarity with Shopify / e-commerce brands is a strong plus Basic understanding of customer journey, lifecycle marketing, retention, and LTV

Nice to Have Previous experience with Shopify-focused agencies, MarTech, or analytics tools Prior success booking meetings in US / Canadian markets Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay + Instantly stack Proven results booking meetings with revenue-based ICPs (e.g., brands doing $2–10M ARR)
