Youngstown Exchange Shift Assistant
Job Description: Responsible for shift operation of an Exchange branch facility. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements: AVAILABILITY NEEDED: MONDAY-SUNDAY 9:30AM-4:00PM.
DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS ASSOCIATES WORK A ROTATING SCHEDULE MONDAY-SUNDAY 9:30AM-10:00PM.
Job Qualifications: Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility. If applicable to position, associate must successfully complete the management motor compliance course number 175S within three months of occupying position.
