Learn more at www.adm.com Your Responsibilities The operations administrator will provide administrative support to Operations staff. Key duties include handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, updating records, and supporting HR and EHS functions. • Communication: Organising meetings and taking minutes. • Office Operations: Updating company literature and co-ordinating company awareness and action initiatives. • Data & Records Management: Updating databases, filing documents, and maintaining digital / physical records. • Administrative Support: Assisting with data entry, preparing reports, and facilitating internal communication. • Financial Assistance: Processing invoices and tracking expenses.
Your Profile • Experience: Experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role. • Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), office management software, ERP systems and commercial platforms. • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities, time management, and attention to detail. • Education: GCSE English and Maths as a minimum / certificate or diploma in business administration. • Proactive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and vendors. • Good organisational skills. • Good communication skills. • Attention to detail. • Time / workload management. • Ability to work alone.
