Receiving/Inventory Assistant I - Full Time - Internal
Job Description: Would you like to be part of the team that is at the center of the distribution hub for the Disneyland® Resort? Reporting to a Manager, the Receiving and Inventory Assistant I will require minimal direction from management to perform diverse general office responsibilities, including, but not limited to, inventory control functions, traffic office functions, inbound scheduling, shipping coordination, vehicle assignment/registration/tracking functions and other operational and administrative functions.
Additional Information: SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
Full Time Cast Members must be Fully Available year round. 3rd shift hours are typically 10:00pm to 6:30am.

Basic Qualifications: Technical Skills • Proficient on various computer software programs to identify, research, and resolve transactional issues created in these systems • Analytical approach to drive process changes and problem resolution • Demonstrated competency in use of a personal computer • Proficient and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft applications Cast Members interested in any Disneyland Resort hourly transfer are encouraged to talk to their Leader before submitting an application In order to be eligible to transfer, Cast Members must meet the Resort Hourly Transfer eligibility guidelines: • Must be a currently active cast member (not on any type of leave of absence) • Must be in the current area for 4 months • Availability must meet the scheduling needs of the new department • Performance record must be clear of any work performance/attendance issues (written warnings or suspensions) within the past 4 months
Responsibilities: • Interface with different roles, departments, and levels to find process solutions including educating customers on correct processes • Provide general support for operations • Create spreadsheets, databases, and processes to capture and measure data while analyzing data to find root cause issues and recommends solutions • Audit data and processes to validate results and reports variances • Responsible for general filing, phone and office support functions with ability to multi-task and perform a wide variety of different tasks and functions • Create and expedite Purchase Orders (PO) • Run and maintain the Overdue PO report • Process RTVs • Process request for quotes • Request technical drawings to send to suppliers • Able to process invoices and help vendors with payment issues
• Guide other members of Admin Support team by: • Answering questions • Helping focus on correct methodology/processes • Sharing technical expertise • Driving results

Compensation Details: The pay rate for this role in California is $28.25 per hour.
