What You’ll Do:
Own the top of the funnel: Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and other creative outreach strategies.Build relationships: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and present how our solutions can help.Drive pipeline: Set up high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team—or better yet, take the lead in closing deals yourself.Crush your goals: Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets for leads, opportunities, and closed business.Collaborate & improve: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and drive company growth.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales role (preferably in SaaS or B2B sales)Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotaStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
