Tech Instructor II
Job Description: BAE Systems is a leading global defense, security, and aerospace company. We're seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level OSINT Training Instructor to join our dynamic team, supporting our government customer in driving innovation, efficiency, and security in the rapidly evolving landscape of government mission and business information technology.
We're looking for a talented Mid-Level OSINT Training Instructor to play a key role in producing and organizing OSINT training materials, designing curriculum, and leading instructional sessions. As an OSINT Training Instructor, you will be responsible for supporting the development of advanced OSINT tradecraft training, implementing new TTPs, and providing expert instruction to students.
Responsibilities:
• Produce and organize OSINT training materials, document attendance, and handle instructional tasks • Design curriculum for specialized OSINT training, develop e-learning content, and create training assessments • Support oversight of advanced OSINT tradecraft training development, implement new TTPs, and lead instructional sessions on tradecraft
Required Skills and Education: • Intelligence Community experience required • All-Source experience with OSINT training and experience, or OSINT collection, research, exploitation, and analytic production experience required • 8 years of experience conducting training instruction, curriculum development, and All-Source/OSINT experience, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years • Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Preferred Skills and Education: • Master's degree desired. • OSINT training and certifications from commercial or government organizations a plus. • Language certification a plus.
