Facilities Mechanic III
Job Description: Performs maintenance and repair of the facility`s structure, equipment and grounds. Work will include a heavy focus on commercial carpentry. Work may include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmithing and painting. Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring as required. Makes periodic or special inspections to determine necessary repair work. Works from blueprints, drawings or rough sketche
