In this role, you will be leading a team of engineers supporting projects across the ES Sector which includes: • Industrial Engineering skills - bound problems, calculate ROI and create holistic engaging summary PPTs. • Robotics and Automation skills and acumen - fluency in R&A capabilities laptop and multi-meter in hand. • Consulting Skills - culturally immerse in Business Areas - "Go to the work" - help them bound problems. • Organizational skills - operate effectively in the BAE matrix organization following the values and protocols.

Required Skills and Education: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering technology • A minimum of 5 years of engineering management experience • OR a Masters degree in a related field with 3 years of engineering management experience • Broad organizational exposure and experience • Focused Robotics, Automation and Industrial Engineering experience • Excellent file management skill using OneDrive, Teams and Sharepoint • Strong PPT development skills using relevant technical artifacts as visuals • Experience presenting complex technical information to leadership • Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Preferred Skills and Education: • PMP certified • APICS certified • Six Sima certification(s) • Licensed professional engineer - PE
