<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>ROLE MAIN PURPOSE:</strong></p> <p>Will be responsible to provide operational expertise to oversee and enhance the performance and relationships with suppliers in Kidana and for optimizing the supply chain, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services, and achieving cost savings. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <p><strong>Functional Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Achieve and develop and implement Local Content requirements</li> <li>Conduct potential suppliers' assessment based on criteria such as product/service quality, ability to meet requirements and specifications, reliability in delivery, cost, and overall availability.</li> <li>Collaborate with the procurement team to select suppliers that meet the required standards and have a proven track record in supply performance.</li> <li>Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with selected suppliers.</li> <li>Conduct regular meetings with suppliers to discuss performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Maintain transparent communication regarding expectations, requirements, and supply chain challenges.</li> <li>Monitor the performance of selected suppliers on an ongoing basis.</li> <li>Evaluate suppliers based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Support in identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with suppliers to implement corrective actions.</li> <li>Deliver guidance and training to suppliers to enhance their performance and capabilities.</li> <li>Assist suppliers in improving their processes and implementing best practices in supply chain management.</li> <li>Support in develop a comprehensive supplier management strategy aligned with the company's objectives.</li> <li>Assist in Identify strategic opportunities to improve supplier performance, optimize the supply chain, and drive innovation.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supplier strategies with overall business goals.</li> <li>Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain supplier quality management programs, conducting audits and supplier visits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.</li> <li>Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes related to procurement and supplier quality management and recommend adjustments to procurement strategies as needed.</li> <li>Categorize Suppliers into Tiers: Based on the evaluation, group the suppliers into different tiers or categories, such as: Strategic/Core Suppliers, Preferred/Managed Suppliers, Transactional/Commodity Suppliers and Emerging/High-Potential Suppliers</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Educational Qualifications:</span></strong> <span>A Bachelor's in business </span><span>administration, Supply Chain </span><span>Management, or a related field.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Professional and Technical Certificates:</span></strong><span> preferably Certified Professional </span><span>in Supply Management (CPSM) or </span><span>Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: </strong>Minimum 3+ years' experience as procurement specialist or SRM.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p></div></div></div>
