Our mission is focus on Advance medical technologies to make healthcare more accessible.</span></p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>With Mindray as Service Engineer your main responsabilities will be:</strong></span></p> </div> <ol> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Responsible for on-site technical service support for the PMLS product line;</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide training to distributors service team and biomedical engineer from customer, keep improving the service quality and customers' satisfaction; </span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Customer satisfaction oriented, guide all distributors on how to better manage their service team as per Headquarters instruction, and keep optimizing inside and outside work procedure;</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Keep collecting end users' feedback and suggestions, and optimizing inside and outside work flow.</span></li> </ol> <div> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black"><span>Requirement</span><span>s</span>: </span></strong></p> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor Degree or above as Biomedical Engineer, Sciences, or relevant major.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">At least 2 years in the sales and channel management experiences in the same industry, experience in tenders.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experiencie with Life Support products (Injection pumps, patient monitors, anesthesia machines, laparoscopic towers, and ventilators) or Medical Imaging Products - Ultrasound, Xray,medical equipment </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Good English speaking and writing skill. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Negotiation, people skills, Commercial mindset </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proactive and with a high business vision.</span></li> </ul> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div>
