The Opportunity The System Engineer objectives are; <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manages the maintenance of Airfield Lighting Control Monitoring System (ALCMS), SAM, and AiPRON Manager systems.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversees the maintenance of the constant current regulators and ILCMS.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manages the maintenance of Auxiliary Electronic Systems including Fire Detection/Alarm, BMS, and VoIP</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Plans and implements activities to meet those needs and does related work as required</li> </ul> Job Description; <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manages the System/ALCMS/SAM/AiPRON Manager maintenance team with direct responsibility for the maintenance of electronics systems and devices installed.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Analyses equipment failures and determines root cause.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assesses and reports about safety hazards involved in the maintenance activities.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Enforces safety rules and regulations.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manages a team of Technicians, including supervision, planning, organization, and evaluation of work.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Adjust assignments, procedures and schedules as necessary.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Trains other employees and supports performance evaluations.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Schedules and assigns work including overtime, vacations, and time off.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manages the execution of maintenance tasks under defined scope.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Reviews records and reports related to ALCMS/SAM/AiPRON maintenance.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Inspects airport facilities and recommends corrective action.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Utilizes a computerized maintenance management system for scheduling maintenance.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Overseas and reviews work performed by external parties and subcontractors.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supports management in overall execution of maintenance operations.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, helvetica, sans-serif">5 years of experience in electronics equipment and SCADA systems</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Competent in AGL regulatory QCAR/ICAO/BAA/FAA framework</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of Airfield Lighting</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Skilled in the use of standard and specialized tools used in this work</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to interpret, understand and effectively carry out complex oral and written technical instructions</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to prepare detailed reports and submit recommendations for improved maintenance operations</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and airport operator</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Considerable ability to
