Permanent Full Time - We are seeking a highly analytical and solutions-oriented Data Analyst to support Workplace Benefits and Retirement. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and our Field Sales and Service partners. The successful candidate will possess a deep curiosity for understanding data, adept at identifying anomalies, investigating discrepancies, and the ability to design and implement efficient data-driven solutions. In addition, the Data Analyst will build and evolve analytical reporting using Power BI, Excel, and SQL. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
