About the Role: The primary responsibility is to manage hotel contracting within Turkey. The Sourcing Specialist – Accommodation’s key objective is to assist in the expansion of Almosafer supply network and manage hotel relationships. You will take ownership of a hotel market and be responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks that effectively assist with Almosafer growth plan around the region. Responsibilities: <ul style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with hotel partners while serving as the primary point of contact. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Negotiate hotel contracts, commercial terms, rates, and marketing agreements to maximize business value. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Identify, evaluate, onboard, and activate new accommodation partners to expand Almosafer's hotel portfolio. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Monitor partner performance, pricing, and availability, and implement improvement initiatives based on data and market insights. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, sourcing trends, and potential partners. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies and annual sourcing plans in collaboration with management. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful supplier onboarding, operational excellence, and project delivery. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Maintain accurate supplier records, Salesforce updates, performance reports, and sourcing documentation. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Prepare and analyze business performance reports, KPIs, and sourcing metrics to support strategic decision-making. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Represent Almosafer in regular meetings with key hotel partners to drive long-term commercial relationships and business growth. </li> </ul> Profile Requirements: <ul style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel contracting, sourcing, or accommodation management within the travel industry. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Strong knowledge of the tourism and hospitality market, particularly within the region. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Proven experience in supplier acquisition, commercial negotiations, and relationship management. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and hotel extranets. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Willingness to travel when required. </li> </ul> Being you @ Almosafer: At Almosafer, our teams work with purpose, clarity, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
