We design, develop and engineer products and solutions in partnership with our customers.</p> <p>With approximately 11,500 employees worldwide, Constellium operates 24 manufacturing sites across North America, Europe and China and generated $8.4 billion of revenue in 2025.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role description</strong></p> <p>Are you looking for an apprenticeship (“alternance”) to grow your skills in Human Resources while developing expertise in Learning & Development?<br>We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Apprentice to join our team and contribute to key initiatives in corporate learning, employee development, communication, and engagement.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your mission</strong></p> <p>You will support Corporate Learning & Development in collaboration with corporate and local HR teams.</p> <p><strong>1. Contribute to the rollout and promotion of our development programs</strong></p> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Organize and coordinate global training initiatives (logistics, scheduling, participant communication, hotel and room bookings, etc.).</li> <li>Support the visibility and adoption of development programs through creative communication initiatives.</li> <li>Draft updates for our corporate intranet.</li> <li>Contribute to LinkedIn content creation.</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>2. Support effective management and continuous improvement of our Learning Platform</strong></p> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Manage and update training records in our Learning Management System (LMS).</li> <li>Set up and follow up on virtual training sessions in the LMS: create sessions, track enrollments, send reminders, and monitor attendance.</li> <li>Support digital learning initiatives, including: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Assisting in the creation and design of e-learning content.</li> <li>Uploading and updating e-learning modules in the LMS.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of documents required for internal or external audits related to learning activities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> </div> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR management.<br>• Willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment.<br><strong>Skills / Personality</strong></p> <p>• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Proactive, curious and detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn.<br>• Comfortable working in both French and English.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with communication tools or a LMS (SuccessFactors) is a plus.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong><br>• A hands-on learning experience in a supportive, international and collaborative environment.</p> <p>• Exposure to a wide range of HR topics and projects.<br>• The opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives that shape our workplace culture.<br>• A chance to develop practical skills in digital learning, internal communication, and HR project management.<br>• Ability to take ownership of small projects and deliver end-to-end with guidance.<br>• Competitive remuneration grid + attractive perks (canteen, sports gym, work’s council benefits…)</p>
