As a Verification and Validation project management trainee, you will assist the V&V project managers and the Validation and Test team in validating our products for installation in tomorrow's electric vehicles. You will participate in the definition, execution and implementation of test strategies for our electric propulsion systems for tomorrow's electric vehicles.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Duties and Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Be responsible for preparing, coordinating, monitoring and reporting on the progress of product validation projects to meet customer schedules.</li> <li>Track and ensure delivery of validation inputs.</li> <li>Support the Laboratory Planner to maximize laboratory efficiency.</li> <li>Support the Laboratory Coordinator to keep laboratory equipment tracking tools up to date.</li> <li>Maintain and update DVP&R (Design Validation Plan & Reports).</li> <li>Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory validation and testing processes.</li> <li>Participate in updating the laboratory's catalog of test standards.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Education and Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p>2nd or 3rd year bachelor's degree in mechanical, software or electrical engineering, or equivalent relevant experience</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Essential: Proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment</li> <li>Essential: Curious, autonomous, leadership</li> <li>Essential: Demonstrated experience with MS Office tools</li> <li>Asset: Experience in project management</li> <li>Asset: Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)</li> <li>Asset: Experience in testing and validation</li> <li>Asset: knowledge of programming languages</li> <li>Communication skills</li> <li>Ability to document work</li> <li>Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)</li> </ul></div></div></div>
