Officer, you'll work across accounts receivable, expense management, procurement governance and financial administration, ensuring accurate, efficient and compliant processes.</p> <p>This is a diverse <ul type="disc"> <li>Manage ElectraNet's credit card and employee expense processes, including card administration, expense reviews, reporting and continuous process improvement.</li> <li>Support accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, collections, stakeholder reporting and customer query resolution.</li> <li>Provide procurement governance support through vendor onboarding, supplier pre-qualification administration, purchase order creation and compliance monitoring.</li> <li>Contribute to financial governance and operational excellence by maintaining environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high quality work.</p> <p>With strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, you enjoy building relationships across the business and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.</p> <p>You're comfortable working autonomously, managing competing priorities and identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.</p> <p>Most importantly, you're a collaborative team player who brings a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you’ll bring:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in a similar accounting or finance support role, with strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger processes.</li> <li>Proficiency with SAP, SAP Concur (or similar finance systems) and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in data analysis and reporting.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering accurate, high quality outcomes.</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a
