Maintains strategic relationships with academic institutions.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Responsible for entry-to mid-level recruiting and onboarding practices.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Administers HRPD programs and policies. Provides guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HRPD programs, policy, practices, compliance, and all aspects of career management.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Participates in district HRPD strategic planning process. Assists with development and execution of district-level projects/initiatives as assigned.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Maintains budget for assigned programs/initiatives.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Assists district HRPD manager with staff planning.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Assists with research and general administrative support pertaining to total rewards.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Assists with administration and supports the succession planning process.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Provides administrative support for terminations.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Maintains and prepares scheduled and ad hoc reporting as needed. Provides data analysis and recommendations.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Delivers information sessions on routine HR/company information. Assists with facilitation sessions.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Provides implementation support to district HRPD manager on corporate and regional initiatives.</span></span></li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Working towards an HR designation preferred.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">3 years of progressive human resources or related experience preferred.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated understanding of HRPD-related principles, practices, procedures, and employment legislation.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to research, analyze information and data, and make recommendations.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Basic business acumen and understanding of industry practices and new developments.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Able to work independently or in a team environment in a highly matrixed organization.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Effective verbal and written communication skills.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Good networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain HR networks.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Results-oriented and able to meet and drive deadlines.</span></span></li> </ul> </div></div></div><p>The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
