System Operations & Maintenance</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Run and maintain the daily operations of automated reporting system to ensure business reports are sent to relevant parties on time.</span></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Monitor standard data processes, troubleshoot basic errors in the reporting pipeline, and ensure data updates correctly.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>2. Requirements Gathering & Report Automation</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and understand their requirements for new reports or data requests.</span></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Translate these practical reporting needs into automated workflows.</span></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Write and deploy scripts by <strong>Python</strong>. Use <strong>BI tools</strong> to automate manual reports and standardize data extraction.</span></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Use <strong>AI</strong> methods to identify untapped business opportunities and insights.</span></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Assist in pulling and cleaning specific data requests to support the team’s larger analytical projects.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>3. Data Formatting & Presentation Preparation</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Organize and format data findings into clear, easy-to-read <strong>PowerPoint</strong> slides.</span></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Assist the Manager by preparing the necessary charts, tables, and background materials needed for weekly performance reviews and planning meetings with management.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>To Succeed in this Role:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Hands-on ability to write Python code (specifically for basic data manipulation like Pandas and automation tasks) and experience using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a must.</strong></span></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Practical knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.</span></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Minimum of 2 years of working experience in an analytical, sales operations, or reporting role.</span></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Basic knowledge of <strong>AI application</strong> and understanding of business metrics and sales data.</span></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Clear communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams to gather and document reporting requirements.</span></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Prior experience in the Telecommunications industry is preferred.</span></p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10.0pt"> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.</span></p> </li> </ul>
