sans-serif">At least five years of manufacturing-engineering experience in a multi-plant or global role.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 1.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Proven experience standardizing and industrializing manufacturing processes across multiple sites, ideally for complex mechanical, thermal, or fluid systems.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 1.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Strong knowledge of Lean, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, process capability, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action methods.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 1.0pt
