Job description We are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with total experience of 4+ years who can understand business requirement and other technical specifications. Experience <ul> <li>Should be technically strong on SQL, PLSQL and developing RICE components in Oracle Fusion environment.</li> <li>Proficient in BI Publisher and OTBI Reports.</li> <li>Proficient in writing HCM Extracts.</li> <li>Proficient in preparing HDL files for Data Load.</li> <li>Proficient in writing Fast Formulas.</li> <li>Should have worked on Data Migration, Integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with third Party Applications.</li> <li>Experience in creating HCM Extensions.</li> <li>Should have knowledge of Core HR module.</li> <li>Should have knowledge of Payroll module.</li> <li>Experience working on Integrations using webservices/REST Services</li> <li>Willing to learn and work on new technologies</li> <li>Experience of having worked in a CMMI environment would be a plus</li> <li>Should have the ability to collect requirements, build high level design documents, low level design documents, and deployments documents.</li> <li>Multi domain expertise and knowledge on other integration tools is an advantage.</li> <li>Knowledge on Agile scrum and waterfall methodology</li> <li>Strong communication skills both written and verbal</li> <li>Any Oracle Certification is an added key advantage.</li> </ul> Must Have Skills: <ul> <li>Must have minimum 4+ years of technical experience with at least 2 years of End-to-End implementations experience)</li> <li>Must have experience working of OIC using webservices/REST Services</li> <li>Excellent Oracle technical skills with the ability to build HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader Files.</li> <li>Must have experience in functional specifications, OTBI reports and analytics, configuration of Oracle templates in BI Publisher</li> <li>Must have experience in Oracle Core HR and Payroll module.</li> <li>Awareness of OIC would be a plus</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, able to discuss technical & functional issues/solutions, in highly escalated situations, with executives, support & customer personnel.</li> </ul> Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables</li> <li>Technical Design, Identification and Implementation of re-usable assets/components</li> <li>Identification of root causes and providing necessary technical solution and implementation</li> <li>Contribution to process review and improvement</li> <li>Deliver PoCs, Mentoring team</li> <li>Implement best practices, following development life cycle process</li> </ul> EY | Building a better working world EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
