As a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture, you will shape solution direction across complex Salesforce programs. You will bridge business strategy, functional process design, data and integration architecture, AI enablement, governance, adoption, and delivery execution. Your leadership will help clients decide when to use AI, when to use automation, and when to simplify processes before technology is applied. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $139,100 to $254,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $166,900 to $289,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
