In this role we are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Senior Manager to join our growing SAP Finance team. As a Senior Manager in the IT Consulting Services team to work on various SAP Implementation projects for our customers across the globe. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions within the SAP FI/CO landscape. Your Key Responsibilities As a Senior Manager, you'll assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market. These are shared with all EY market facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market. As a Senior Manager you will be involved in different phases of various ongoing SAP Implementation Projects and contribute effectively. Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators. Skills and attributes for success Ideally, you’ll also <ul> <li>Skilled in “team leadership” – adhering to the project methodology and PMO processes/procedures, planning the data team’s work, leading local and offshore resources, reporting status, logging and escalating risks/issues/decisions, participating in program governance, etc.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge and experience with SAP Finance and Controlling Module</li> <li>Effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.</li> <li>Demonstrate characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge.</li> <li>Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects.</li> <li>A strong work ethic</li> <li>Prior client facing consulting experience</li> </ul> What we look for <ul> <li>Candidate must be a qualified CA / ICWA / ICMA/ MBA Finance in a reputed institution with a sound industry/domain experience and SAP relevant experience with 10+ years</li> <li>Experience of having worked in an onsite- offshore delivery model</li> <li>Project Management experience should be of leading at least a team of 10-15 members</li> <li>Experience with leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions</li> <li>Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules against a published plan</li> <li>Development of project documentation including business process flows, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required</li> <li>Experience should be in End-to-end Implementation, Rollout, Support, upgrade, enhancements in the below areas.</li> <li>SAP Finance – FI- New General Ledger & Profit Center Accounting, FI-Accounts Payable, FI-Bank accounting and FI-Asset Accounting.</li> <li> Exposure on SAP Simple Finance – GL Accounting, Asset Accounting and CO – Overhead Cost Controlling & Profitability Analysis.</li> <li>SAP Finance – Taxation and Withholding Taxes.</li> <li>SAP Finance – Closing activities, Validations and Substitutions & Reporting.</li> <li> Controlling- CO-Cost element accounting CO-Cost Center Accounting and CO-Internal Orders.</li> <li>Knowledge on CO-PA & Product Costing (Planning and cost object controlling).</li> <li>FI integration with MM, SD, HR & PS.</li> <li> Excellent business communication skills</li> <li>Experience on FIORI APPS, BO-DS, BW, HANA and other reporting tools</li> </ul> What we offer you At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
