As our Senior Consultant – Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) Global Operations, you’ll support the delivery of global and regional tax compliance and advisory engagements while helping EY teams deliver exceptional client service. Your key responsibilities In this role, you'll support the delivery of high-quality tax compliance and advisory services while building strong relationships across global teams and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. <ul> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Support the delivery of global and regional tax compliance and tax advisory engagements. </li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Collaborate with clients and engagement teams to provide exceptional client service and timely project delivery. </li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Work with tax professionals across onshore and offshore teams to deliver integrated and commercially focused solutions. </li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Identify, investigate and resolve issues, escalating matters appropriately to managers and partners where required. </li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Support engagement management activities including budgeting, engagement code management, global pursuits and delivery transformation initiatives.</li> </ul> Skills and attributes for success <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Approximately 2–3 years of relevant business tax experience.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Strong working knowledge of tax compliance processes and the ability to manage multiple projects and engagements concurrently.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and deliver practical solutions.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Proven ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams, including collaboration across multiple time zones.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">A genuine interest in tax technology, AI-enabled ways of working and continuous improvement, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.</li> </ul> Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
