The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) Specialist / Senior Non-Functional Test Engineer with strong automation expertise to lead and elevate non-functional quality across enterprise banking platforms. This role demands deep technical and domain expertise, ownership of NFR strategy, and the ability to drive cross-team alignment on performance, resilience, security, and observability outcomes. Operating in an offshore (India) model, the role requires high autonomy, leadership through influence, and the ability to deliver audit-ready, measurable results at scale.
