Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen und Zeugnissen) sowie Koordination des monatlichen Onboardings,</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Selbständige Datenanalyse und -auswertung zu unterschiedlichen Personalthemen mit Excel oder SAP,</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Kommunikation innerhalb und außerhalb unseres Unternehmens,</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Mitarbeit an aktuellen Personalprojekten und Grundsatzthemen.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Wir stellen uns vor, dass Du...</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Dein fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder begonnenes Masterstudium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften oder eine ähnliche Fachrichtung mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal mit Engagement verfolgst, </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Hohe Arbeitssorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Vertrauenswürdigkeit mitbringst, </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten besitzt, </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Programme hast, </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ein Organisationstalent bist, selbständig arbeitest und starke Eigeninitiative zeigst, </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift aufweist. </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Personalarbeit, insbesondere Erfahrungen in der Personalbetreuung, machen Deine Bewerbung zusätzlich interessant für uns.
