As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Tasks:</span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">主导嵌入式软件的<strong>功能安全需求分析、技术分解、架构设计与实现策略制定</strong>，确保安全目标可落地、可验证、可追溯。</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">负责功能安全相关的软件机制设计，包括<strong>故障检测、冗余</strong></span><strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt">/降级策略、监控机制、诊断与安全状态管理</span></strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt">等。</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">牵头软件安全相关的<strong>需求、架构、详细设计、测试与验证工作</strong>，建立并维护完整的端到端追溯链路。</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">作为核心技术接口，与系统安全、硬件、测试及项目团队协同，推动<strong>功能安全概念到软件实现</strong>的一致性。</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">参与或主导软件开发流程、<strong>功能安全流程及</strong></span><strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt">ASPICE</span></strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt">相关活动，推动项目在过程、质量和交付上的合规性。</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">对软件开发中的关键问题进行<strong>技术评审、风险识别、根因分析和闭环跟踪</strong>，提升产品鲁棒性与量产稳定性。</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">支持项目中的<strong>软件版本规划、问题管理、变更控制、发布策略与交付节奏管理</strong>，兼顾技术深度与项目推进效率。</span></li> <li><span>在团队中承担一定的技术指导、经验沉淀与能力建设职责，推动功能安全开发方法与最佳实践落地。</span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Requirements:</span></strong></p> <ol style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、通信、车辆工程或相关专业，硕士优先。</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">5年以上嵌入式软件开发经验，具备汽车电子量产项目经验，有功能安全相关项目主导经验者优先。</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">深入掌握</span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"> C/C++，熟悉车规级 MCU / SoC 平台开发，具备扎实的底层软件与系统理解能力。</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">熟悉</span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"> ISO 26262 功能安全标准，具备功能安全需求分解、技术安全机制设计、软件安全验证经验者优先。</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">具备较强的软件开发管理能力，能够推动需求追踪、缺陷管理、版本控制、风险管理与交付管理。</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">具备</span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"> ASPICE 项目经验，熟悉汽车行业研发流程、质量体系和交付要求者优先。</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:9.0pt">具备优秀的逻辑分析能力、问题解决能力、沟通协调能力和跨团队推动能力，能够在复杂项目环境中持续产出结果。</span></li> <li><span>具备良好的英语读写和技术沟通能力，能够参与英文文档编写、评审及跨文化协作。</span></li> </ol><p>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
